TOp Reasons you should always exercise

For the past couple of weeks I have given some simple healthy food recipes, hair tips and some makeup tips. Today I want to focus on exercise. Beauty starts from within, with what we eat and put in our body and how often we move around. Exercise is just as important as what you choose to eat. To make a full healthy lifestyle exercise is a huge part of it.

I know exercise can sound overwhelming sometimes or you just can't get into to mood, so I have found exercises that are fun and don't even feel like your working out! I encourage all ladies (and gentlemen) to get out there and try something new! Find something of interest (even sounds maybe scary) and just go for it! Nothing is more exciting then taking on a new adventure. I would have never thought years ago I would be into all the activities I am now! I started rock climbing, trail running, hiking new places, skiing, paddle boarding and yoga! All these sports are so intense and fun that I barely think I am "working out". As soon as you can find something that doesn't feel so much like your pushing to work out then you have the key right there!

I think it's important to move our bodies at least a few times a week, whether you take a evening walk, a short hike, run around the park or even ride a bike, you are pumping endorphins and getting some health movement!

Some motivating facts to get on your feet and start moving!

The average male burns 595 calories in one hour when hiking. Add a 20-pound backpack, and you'll strengthen and tones your quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, core muscles, and upper back. Get out there and climb mountains people!
